Local Laws Consultation
The Shire of Dundas are reviewing their Local Laws, with the goal of improving community and resident’s quality of life, environmental protection, business development, order, health and safety.
The consultation period for these Local Laws is commencing July 15th 2024.
We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback.
- The Shire will focus on Local Laws relating to Animals, Environment, Nuisance, Cats, Dogs, Bush fire Brigade, Control of Vehicles (Off-Road Areas), Parking, Health, Waste and Cemeteries.
- These Local Laws will be developed considering feedback from Shire residents, businesses, administration, officers and Elected Members.
- Once Local Laws are drafted, they will be published on this page, and open for feedback for seven (7) weeks.

Provide your feedback by completing THIS SURVEY by 12th August 2024. Hard copy feedback forms are available at the Shire Administration Office.
